  • A former ERP Transformation lead for big four firms (PwC, Accenture and EY), Gail Strachan, has been described as a multi-hypenate business leader with adaptive qualities that have become her blueprint for success.

    This adaptive intelligence lends you a change maker who recognizes the patterns, behaviours and system shifts of people, processes and technology that require strategic vision and actionable tactics.

    Her philosophy is simple, the data doesn’t lie; leverage it to take strategic and measured action - quickly.

  • With over two decades of enterprise transformation experience, Gail partners with high-performance teams to eliminate the missteps, wasted resources, and lost time that derail large-scale technology projects.

    Her big four experience leverages the lessons learned and strategies defined from former large scale transformation programs. From design thinking facilitation, business process translation and workforce organizational design, she brings a rare combination of executive depth and human-centered strategy to every engagement.

    Gail’s transformation projects across the public and private sector has send Gail to markets in Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Working across ERP and HRIS systems including ADP, Dayforce, Microsoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Workday to name a few, her approach is thorough and relational.

    Gail builds the internal bridges that open the dialogue organizations need to move through change successfully.

    Her belief is simple: technology leaders who want to lead differently get the greatest results when they align closely with their business and empower their teams to become data-driven, AI-competent, and effective without fear.
